Nicolò Conti is Associate Professor of Political Science at the Unitelma Sapienza University of Rome. He has taught in international programmes at the University of Siena, Georgetown University’s Florence Centre, and the FIT State University of New York’s Florence Campus. His main research focus is on parties, elites, cabinets and the European Union. He is the author of Citizens, Europe and the Media. Have New Media Made Citizens More Eurosceptical? (Palgrave, 2016 - with V. Memoli) and has edited the books The Challenge of Coalition Government: The Italian Case (Routledge, 2015 - with F. Marangoni) and Party Attitudes Towards the EU in the Member States: Parties for Europe, Parties Against Europe (Routledge, 2014). He has published articles in Italian and international journals such as West European Politics, International Political Science Review, South European Society and Politics, Acta Politica, European Politics and Society, Italian Political Science Review.
